A transaction fee of US$1.00 is levied on all airtime transactions through TopUp.Me
The mobile operator may take a fee (commission) on the face value of the recharge product. Thus the amount delivered to your phone may be less than the face value of the recharge product. This is independent of TopUp.Me, and is subject to change without notice.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the mobile number is entered correctly. In the event of incorrect entry, airtime cannot be refunded.
The customer must ensure that the SIM / mobile number that is being recharged has been activated according to the mobile operator’s activation procedure BEFORE making the topup. If the SIM has not been activated, the transaction may fail.
Airtime which has not been used within the expiry date set by the mobile operator may be forfeited. Check with the mobile operator for their terms and conditions.
Once credit has been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to activate or enable a particular package (e.g. data bundle) should such be required by the mobile operator. Please check with the mobile operator for details of the procedure.
Tariffs are set by the mobile operator, and are subject to change without notice. For the latest tariff sheet, please consult the mobile operator's website or customer care line.
The airtime fulfillment process relies on third parties, including the mobile operators. Our partners have been selected for their reliability and dependability. TopUp.Me uses its best efforts to ensure that airtime is delivered efficiently and seamlessly - and in the overwhelming majority of transactions (more than 99%), the process operates without any problems. However, TopUp.Me shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or technical issues.
B. PAYMENT
Payment to Mobile Zone is by credit card, via SafeCharge –
www.safecharge.com
TopUp.Me does not receive, store or in any way interact with the customer's credit card or personal information submitted via SafeCharge.
TopUp.Me shall not be responsible for any problems, breaches or losses incurred by the customer through the customer's use of the SafeCharge payment platform.
Payment is in US Dollars; currency conversion charges may apply between the home currency of your credit card and the currency in which the topup is delivered.
C. REFUNDS
Airtime once delivered is non-refundable.
Refunds shall only be issued for non-fulfillment of orders once reasonable efforts to remedy the problem have been exhausted.
Refunds may be subject to a processing fee by TopUp.Me and / or your credit card provider.
PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY
TopUp.Me uses its best efforts to ensure the privacy and security of any data supplied by the customer to TopUp.Me.
TopUp.Me shall not supply any customer information to any third parties, except with the express consent of the customer.
TopUp.Me may from time to time contact the customer via the details provided.
A customer can at any time choose not to receive any communication from TopUp.Me
